The primary purpose of the School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is to provide parents, community members, and other educational partners with detailed information about a school's performance and resources. It allows for informed decision-making regarding school choice and allows schools to demonstrate their progress towards established goals. The SARC helps provide:
- Transparency and Accountability
- Parent and Community Engagement
- School Improvement
- Informing Educational Decisions
- Meeting Legal Requirements
The SARC acts as a bridge between schools and the community, fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in public education.
