FAMILIAS DE WILLIAMS: De nuevo, nuestra escuela estará cerrada el jueves, 10/31/19 debido a la mala calidad del aire en nuestra área. El plan es reanudar las clases el viernes, 11/01/19. También movimos el Desfile de Libros al viernes, 11/01/19 - 8:15-9:15 am.

WILLIAMS FAMILIES: As you may have heard, our school will be closed on Thursday, 10/31/19 due to the unhealthy air quality in our area. At this time, we plan to resume classes on Friday, 11/01/19. We will also be moving our Parade of Books to Friday, 11/01/19 - 8:15-9:15 am.

Sin embargo, debido a las malas condiciones del aire, los estudiantes permanecerán adentro. Lamentamos anunciar que el evento del PTA de Trunk or Treat planeado para hoy está cancelado. ASES mantendrá su horario regular.

WILLIAMS FAMILIES: School will remain open and we’ll be following our regular Early Dismissal Wednesday schedule for today. However, due to the unhealthy air conditions, students will remain indoors. Sadly, the PTA Trunk or Treat event planned for today is cancelled. ASES will maintain their regular hours.

RECORDATORIO DE WILLIAMS: Los estudiantes saldrán temprano debido al calor excesivo. Haga los arreglos de transporte necesarios para su hijo/a: TK=11:21 am; K=12:15 pm; Grados 1-3=1:20 pm & Grados 4-5=1:30 pm. WILLIAMS REMINDER: Students will be dismissed early due to the excessive heat. Please make the necessary transportation arrangements for your child: TK=11:21 am; K=12:15 pm; Grades 1-3=1:20 pm & Grades 4-5=1:30 pm. Intervention and Math Olympiad meetings are cancelled too. ASES will be open their regular hours and receive students at the early dismissal times.
